Port of Los Angeles Container Data Bookings May 18 to June 7
The Port of LA accounts for 40% of all ship board container traffic into the US. About 50% of its inward shipments are from China. So its a good indicator.  

The port is showing year on year falls in total inward container shipments between May 25 and June 07 of between 10% and 13%.  MoM shipments are also down on average for this same period.  There is a small increase in the May 18 to 24 arrivals and a big % MoM increase of 23%.  But this data is virtually unchanged from May 11 - a day before the tariffs were reduced.

Evidence of a Tsunami of shipments from China are not present in these data..
